Happy Birthday Aaron!

Aaron had his birthday this past Monday (January 5th), but we celebrated his birthday on Sunday, when we usually have our family dinner. He turned 24. We're the same age for 3 1/2 weeks, until my birthday on the 31st :-) We had chicken enchiladas for dinner (Mexican food is his favorite) and Ugly Duckling Cake for dessert (weird name for cake... but delicous!!). He opened presents (got a Nintendo DS game and movie tickets) and played board games.

On Monday for his birthday, we were going to go to Disneyland, but I wasn't feeling great. Being a little over 8 months pregnant can do that for you. :-) But we ended up having lots of fun. We went to In 'N' Out for lunch (one of his favorites) and then went to the mall. I wanted to get something for him at the mall, but the wonderful Daddy that he is... he bought Connor 3 different outfits and some other stuff. Didn't want anything for himself. After that, we used his movie tickets and saw Bedtime Stories, which was a cute movie. After that, we came home, and I made him dinner. He LOVES when I make him homemade meals. I made him Sweet and Sour Chicken. It was yummy :-)

All in all we had lots of fun. I can't believe that his next birthday we're going to have an almost 1 year old! WOW!!
