My sweet boy

I don't think I realize how loving and kind Connor is until moments like tonight...

I was crying and Connor walked into the room...

Connor: "Mama, are you sad?"

Me: "Yeah, just a bit."

Connor: "Don't be sad. I can give you snuggles."

he climbs up onto my lap and wipes away a tear

Connor: "Mama, you happy now? I wiped away the sad!"

Me: "Yeah, I'm a little better"

as another tear falls down...

Connor: "Oh no, you're sad again."

and wipes the tear away and molds my mouth into a smile

Connor: "Now you're happy again!"
