Our beautiful baby boy was blessed this last Sunday at church. It was such a great experience for everyone. We were lucky enough to have close family and friends all there for the event. Connor looked so cute in his white outfit (that was a little big on him, because when I bought it when I was pregnant, we all thought he was going to be a big baby). In our ward, Sacrament meeting is the 3rd hour, so he was in his outfit all through church. We were a bit worried, because he often leaks through his diapers, and he spits up a lot... so we were just hoping and praying that he stayed clean. Connor was a little fussy before Sacrament meeting started, and decided to go to the bathroom. Of course, it went EVERYWHERE!! All down his white pants, and even on his shoes. So I took him to the bathroom, stripped him down, and scrubbed the pants clean. They were mostly dry when I put them back on, lol. So then the meeting starts, and he spits up ALL down the front of his outfit. Luckily... white on white wasn't so bad, lol. Everything seemed to go wrong, but it ended up being okay. He was wide awake and happy, looking around everywhere at everyone while he was receiving his blessing. His dad did a wonderful job. Afterwards, we had everyone over at our place, for dinner and dessert. It was so fun to see everyone, especially since we hadn't seen them in such a long time!
