Connor - 5 years old

Connor turned 5 in January, and I still haven't done his 5 year old pictures :/ but here are some pictures and things about him at five!

He loves his puppies and kitties and takes them everywhere. He often still pretends he's one of them too 

Although he constantly fights with his cousins, he absolutely LOVES them too!

This kid has more bumps and bruises on him than anyone I know! He's such a boy!

 This boy adores his daddy! He tells me every day how sad he is that daddy has to go to work and is soooo excited when he gets home. Whenever we go somewhere in both cars, he HAS to go with Daddy in his truck. He prays for his daddy's safety when he's not with us. Together they love to go on "walk abouts" (a walk around the neighborhood), play cars together and do yard work in the back yard :)

Connor LOVES Disneyland! Some of his favorite rides are the big train, tea cups, & Heimlick's Train :)

He constantly surprises me with what he wears. This day he had the helmet on so that he wouldn't get hurt if she crashed... his batman shirt and his spiderman "web shooter" aka drill ;)

Like most boys, he LOVES playing outside, in the dirt, etc.... anything to get dirty! :D

Last year for St. Patrick's day, I got him these green pants. Since then, he's worn them at least 2 times a week. He says that way, no one will pinch him. He was VERY VERY sad when a whole appeared recently. That hasn't stopped him from wearing them still though ;)

Favorite place to eat = Chick Fil A :)

He's getting much better at his letters and numbers. He knows about 20 of the 26 letters (he's still having trouble with the same few) and he knows numbers 1-20 (and the a few more after that, here and there). He can also draw most of the letters and all his numbers too! He's very excited about starting kindergarten this year!

We ALWAYS find him in the weirdest positions after he's gone to bed. He's the strangest sleeper I know!

He LOVES doing arts and crafts projects. Painting, coloring, playdoh, etc.

I think this kid could live outside if I let him. He NEVER wants to be inside. He'd much rather ride his bike or scooter, dig in the dirt, swing on the swingset, etc.

He loves to read. Every night he falls asleep with some books in his bed :)

Some of his favorite foods are: pizza, pancakes, waffles, french toast, yogurt, and ALL fruit :)

Connor is an absolute joy to have in our home. I can't believe that my little baby is already 5. The time has flown WAY too fast!!
